Research
The Telefónica I+D Research group was created in 2006 with the aim to carry research studies on mid to long-term related to several technological areas of interest to the Telefónica Group. The Research group follow an open research model in collaboration with universities and other research institutions, promoting the dissemination of their work both through publications and technology transfer.
 
The Research organization is led by Pablo Rodriguez and the board is constituted for a multi-disciplinary team with skills that include systems, machine learning, networking, signal processing, HCI, and data mining. The Research leadership is shared with Nuria Oliver and Dina Papagiannaki.
