In this area, Telefónica R & D is developing multimedia services for individuals and families with a differential user experience across all connected devices. Specifically, there being developed entertainment services around the video, as well as communication services of high quality video and telepresence.
At Telefónica I+D we have developed Video Habitat, a conceptual framework for the analysis of video services from the standpoint of users. This framework is helping us compare different video propositions and identify innovation gaps for our own propositions along the dimensions that really matter to people.
